All are welcome

Whatever your spiritual practice, you are invited to participate in the Feast. Join the tens of thousands of people who, for 40 days from January 15-February 25, commit to intensifying their heartfelt spiritual practice. When you do, your resilience, your peacefulness, and your connectedness to everyone who calls this planet home, will increase. Who you are and how you live creates a ripple effect. A smile, a compassionate act, a kind word, and a moment of being truly present to someone is often born from spiritual practice. You are essential to creating more peace in the world. Each one of us is. That's the real Feast. A Feast of peace!

The Mission and Vision

Establishing a daily spiritual practice.

The Feast for the Soul exists to create and support a global community of individuals committed to sustaining a personal daily spiritual practice. People around the world are invited to observe the Feast, a 40 day practice period from January 15 to February 23, during which a faculty of spiritual guides and teachers from a variety of religious traditions and lineages offer guided meditations and discourses, and lend encouragement to Feast participants. It makes guided meditations and discourses available online free of charge year-round. The Feast is a cost-free intensive that everyone—regardless of spiritual tradition, path, or practice—is encouraged to observe in order to create more personal peace and world peace.

We hold a vision of a world at peace—one that embraces all peaceful spiritual traditions and organizations, made up of a community of individuals, each committed to their personal daily spiritual practice, creating more peace on this planet. We visualize people everywhere, regardless of the imagined boundaries of creed, culture, and philosophical beliefs, participating in the synchronized spiritual practice intensive, the Feast for the Soul.
