Dr. Alexandra Delis-Abrams has a psychological counseling practice in Sun Valley, Idaho, where she explores the patterns of attitude, beliefs and choices with clients of all ages, utilizing a revolutionary protocol, Neuro-physical Reprogramming. She brings over 30 years of personal and spiritual growth to her work as a speaker and counselor. Also known, as “The Attitude Doc”, Alexandra is the founder and president of ABC Feelings, Inc., an educational corporation dedicated to emotional awareness in children and adults. She is the author of several award-winning items, which encourages adults to provide a feelings vocabulary to children in order to better identify and express feelings. Prepare A Child For Life is Alexandra’s non-profit organization is dedicated to the emotional literacy for children. Her latest accomplishment is Attitudes, Beliefs and Choices, a 500-page resource book written to explore 75 different feelings through personal stories, client histories, inspiring stories of those Alexandra has encountered throughout life and children’s art. Dr. Alexandra is affiliated with the Nepalese Youth Opportunity Foundation and taught classes on the subject of Emotional Intelligence, and the benefits of laugher at the University and other schools in Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition to being on staff of the Adjunct Faculty at Boise State University, Alexandra is a Fellow to The American Institute for Stress, a member of the Association for Transpersonal Psychology, an Advanced Holistic Health Practitioner and a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher.
