Stacie is dedicated to teaching tools and techniques to improve your wellness, your work and your world by adding practices to become more present, positive, purposeful, productive and peaceful in your life.
Stacie began her career in corporate America, before shifting her focus to stress resilience through wellness practices.
Over the last 25 years, she has extensively trained in meditation, mindfulness and energy work, and is excited to share simple and practical techniques to help implement daily wellness practices for a better life. Stacie is now a partner at MMI Mindful Training Company and the founder of Meditation, Mindfulness and More, LLC.
Based in the Washington, D.C. area, she currently teaches meditation and/or mindfulness practices and tools to organizations, groups and individuals. She has successfully adapted this instruction to both in-person and online formats, to support the changing needs of her clients and community through these unprecedented stressful times.
Stacie recently opened a lovely Meditation studio in her Maryland home. Everyone is welcome to her classes, especially the brand-newbies! Expect to breathe and smile!

- Certified as a Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor ~ CMMI, (200-hour training) through the McLean Meditation Institute (MMI)
- Certified as a MMI Mindful® Trainer to teach mindfulness at work (200-hour training) also through MMI
- Registered Yoga Teacher ~ RYT (200-hour training) in the Hatha discipline
- Mindfulness daily practices of the Zen Buddhism
- Contemplative and Centering prayer from the Franciscan Monastery in WDC
- Hospice Facilitator for teen bereavement groups
- Eminent Reiki Master (five-year certification training program)
- Other various energy wellness techniques
