Sacred Fire’s MJ and Dean facilitate a joyful, sound based, energetic online experience to help you strengthen and circulate your life energy in your body/heart/mind/spirit. Explore simple body and voice warm-ups, breath work, voice yoga, and visualization. Play with sound and energy rebalancing techniques, and invite your voice, spontaneous improvisations, and creative, colorful, liberating body movements. This event is guaranteed to make you smile, and is presented by Feast faculty Suzi von Mensenkampff.
