Hi, I’m Lisa. Over the past 28 years, I’ve studied with many well-respected teachers from different wisdom traditions that have helped me cultivate a uniquely rich and happy life. I’ve immersed myself in a pathway of meditation and yoga that gives me deep joy, insight and clarity into the nature of life. My personal practice includes wisdom from classical Yogic Philosophy, Vipassana (Insight Meditation), nature-based and nondual practices, all supported by foundational practices of kindness and compassion. My gift is helping others elevate their own levels of happiness and fulfillment so that they too can live their very best life.
