Dr Jeannine Goh is a passionate psychologist who also teaches yoga, mysticism and meditation. She is the Director of The Sanctuary of Peace and Healing at The Monastery, Manchester and has a deep interest in the Self and the power of inner silence. She is also the author of The Enchanted Child book.
Jeannine will be offering a beautiful meditation with heart-opening mudras for the Feast of the Soul. A gentle journey through the koshas (sheaths of the self) to find peace, serenity and inner silence. To arrive, together, connected in the space, where all and everything arises. A place where truth, beauty, poetry and love resides.
The meditation will take place in the incredible sacred space of the Monastery, Manchester which is the perfect place to meditate. The harmony & resonance in the Great Nave, created by the sacred geometry and the meeting of the lines of Earth energies means that those who connect into this energy find heightened awareness and greater connectedness.’
