Words or actions from others, whether beloved ones, outlaws, acquaintances, or colleagues can be hurtful. Whenever your emotional boundaries get pushed, you feel them and often store them inside. Forgiveness does not mean to forget or excuse the hurt and harm that occurred. Forgiveness is a practice which helps you letting go of that old memory and leading to more inner peace. What to expect: • In a sacred environment feel safe to look at your pain and hurt • Learn why it is primarily for you and not the other • Experience various guided processes and ancient techniques of forgiveness • Learn to let go of negative energy to no longer control you • Restore your wounded self and nourish yourself The benefits: • Forgiving someone is primarily for yourself • Forgiving gets you out of victim mode • Forgiveness is effective even without the other one or departed being present • Forgiveness improves your health • Forgiveness leads to more understanding, empathy, and compassion • Forgiveness helps to move forward on your spiritual path 50% of the ticket price is donated to the Feast for the Soul ( a not for profit 501c3 organization) Feast for the Soul is an annual 40-day global spiritual practice period – a virtual intensive, during which people from all ages, and traditions, make a commitment to practice deeply to expand their awareness.
