Paris Ackrill is an Artist of Light, wellbeing practitioner of and co-founder of Avalon Wellbeing, Yorkshire. Avalon Wellbeing Centre is becoming known as the UK’s leading transformational retreat Centre. She shares a fusion of ancient and evolutionary practices such as yoga, sound, energy work, embodiment, to ignite the heart and facilitate awakening to the light of our existence. It is her deep belief that the more we befriend ourselves, to intimately know our humanness, and awaken to our extraordinary divine nature, the more we can embody peace and share it out in the world.
