Corrine has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over 30 years.

She was trained by Deepak Chopra, Saul David Raye, and Rama Berch (aka Swami Nirmalananda), and has years of experience in the healing arts. She’s not only a long-term meditator, who served as the president to the Transcendental Meditation Siddhi Program, she was also the founder of the House of Bliss in Nashville, Tennessee, a center offering music, meditation, yoga, and mind/body healing. She later developed and headed up the Chopra Center Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga program, known as Chopra Yoga.

Corrine is a celebrated recording artist, yoga instructor, and for many years has been known as the stress relief guru to the stars, as she specializes in helping people find balance in their lives.  She connects with her heart and offers hope and inspiration to everyone she comes in contact with.

Corrine has turned her home into a spiritual gathering place called The Ivy House in Nashville, Tennessee where she shares private and community meditations, Yoga Trainings, Retreat days, and much more. Her passion for sharing these tools that have shaped her life, was the seed for starting an online yoga and meditation space. She believes that yoga and meditation should be easy and accessible to any body anywhere in the world.

She is also the founder of a Global Watch Foundation, an organization that operates a home for homeless children in South India.
